Announcement E-Filing from Hon. David Farr
Members of the HBA Family Law Section:
The family law board of judges have met recently with the Harris County District Clerk, Chris Daniel, and members of his staff as to concerns we have received from the Bar as to e-filing submissions. At my request, they have submitted some filing guidelines that should be helpful to mitigate some of those concerns and those are attached to this email. Additionally, input from the judges separately includes that if you will label your attachments to your motions, for instance “Exhibit A to Petitioner’s Motion for Summary Judgment” and if done then it MAY keep those attachments from being labeled “sub-doc” and therefore, not easily found.
Thank you, ddf.
